The 270 square metre, purpose-built winery, comprises a laboratory/office, entry/store, an enclosed tank room, a fully insulated and temperature controlled barrel room and a fully insulated, temperature controlled fermentation room and equipment store.

There is an external 130 square metre, concrete Crush pad and an enclosed plant area.

An attractive tasting room accesses the café deck. The café is surrounded by a large covered timber deck with seating, and opens to a garden area with picnic tables. The café has a full commercial kitchen, designed by a master chef, two storerooms, both with mezzanine floors and excellent indoor-outdoor flow. There are two toilets and a wash area.

An adjacent Moutere-style, pre-World War 1 Hop Barn is partially renovated. Timber framed, with tinted concrete floors in the main areas, it includes a fully lined reception area and a block walled cellar. There is council consent and plans for a bathroom and office in the upper level.
