A new 2 bedroom 2 bathroom well appointed luxury cottage located within 2 minutes walk to New Zealands most beautiful Lake - Lake Manapouri as well as a 2 minute walk to the Doubtful Sound departure point.

No 16 Motu-Close has been designed to suit either two adults requiring a bedrooom and bathroom each or two couples travelling together. A full size kitchen includes electric ceramic cook top, wall oven, microwave, dishwater and pantry so it is easy to settle in for a few days or longer and make yourself at home. Full laundry facilties including clothes dryer along with outside washing line is provided. Heating is provided by way of a heat pump and the property is doubled glazed and fully insulated.

Views of Fiordland National Park, in particular the Hunter Mountains with "The Monument" framed in front can be had from No 16 Motu-Au Close.
