The home is a modest well appointed three bedroom house on an acre of land, 2 minutes from the thriving cafe community of Kerikeri in the Bay of Islands. The property is very quiet and private with a large outside deck entertaining area complete with spa pool.

Kerikeri, the citrus centre of the North, has a rich historical past. Kerikeri Stone Store and Mission Station are only a few minutes drive. Wonderful craft shops and unique local art are abundant in Kerikeri. There are a wide range of quality cafes, restaurants and wineries for every taste.

You can enjoy live entertainment at The Centre or movies at Cathay Cinema. Be sure to have lunch or dinner in the adjoining restaurant where owner Mats will look after you. Opposite the cinema on Sunday you will find the famous Kerikeri Farmers Market where locals come from far and wide to sell fresh produce.
