3 minutes walk away from the beach via a beautiful pine forest walk.

Recently renovated, this authentic and quaint kiwi bach is very comfortable and warm. It has a small, sunny kitchen which includes a dishwasher and microwave. The lounge is fitted out with a TV, DVD player, stereo and a large logburner for the winter months. The bathroom includes a shower and the bed is a super comfy, long-length double. There is a small sunny outside deck and a spa pool between the cottage and the owner's home available for use.

Waikuku Beach is safe for swimming and surfing. There are many other forest and river estuary walks nearby. Also river tracks for mountain biking and a local tennis court and store. A supermarket is 10 minutes away in Rangiora and the Waipara Vineyards are 15 minutes away.

Ideally suit a couple looking for a relaxing getaway or great as an alternative stopover to Christchurch.

NB: Christchurch airport is 20 minutes away and it is situated roughly halfway between Waikuku Beach and Christchurch central. ie. you are a similar distance to the airport from Waikuku Beach as you are from Christchurch central.
