The house is situated just above the famous Piha 'Look-out' ; so is a quick two minute drive down the hill to south & north piha beach, cafe, shop, RSA, surf club, tennis courts, bush walks to water falls and secluded swimming holes. Or you can take a private track that takes you down to the Piha lagoon.

This recently built home has two x bedrooms with a super king and a king single, bunk bed. In the lounge is a single bed divan plus a very comfortable futon couch double bed fold out for 1 or 2 person can be set up on request. 1 x modern bathroom (bath tub and shower) with separate toliet. The open planned kitchen and lounge spills out into a surrounding balcony which is west and north facing; so sun sun sun all day long!! Enjoy outdoor furniture; perfect for BBQ, entertaining friends or a romantic glass of wine for two. (Please note our outdoor table has changed as to the advertised photo).

The lower level has a lock up area under balcony for bikes, surf boards, canoes etc. Kids can play safely on grass lawn while adults enjoy BBQing and entertaining.
