Recently fully refurbished with a very high standard of fittings and furnishings, the spacious layout provides seamless indoor/outdoor flow to secluded lawns, gardens, and outdoor entertainment areas. Guests are welcome to roam the 8ha property, wander along the stream, and use the owners pool 150m away.

Generous breakfast provisions on arrival, including a bottle of wine and a selection of homegrown organic fruit, herbs, and vegetables in season.

Just 20 minutes drive from Hawke's Bay Airport and Napier City and only 4kms from the centre of Havelock North Village and Hastings City, John's House is a fabulous base from which to explore the many attractions the region has to offer.
