Holiday batch and sleepout situated in the tranquil Motueka River Valley. Modern fully insulated and just fully refurbished.The sleepout is warm and insulated with a heater for the cooler months ,it has either 2 single beds or a queensize bed depending on your requirements.The batch is set on our 13 ha certified organic property surrounded by large walnut trees with cattle grazing nearby and a certified organic apple orchard. It is a private and quiet setting with the main house being 250m away and the Motueka River only 200m away. Wonderful views of Mt Crusader part of the Kahurangi National Park. The base of Mt Arthur is only 10min away (trampers heaven).
The batch is surpurbly positioned for swimming,kayaking,trout fishing or just a relaxing base for holidaying in the top of the south.Only 19kms from Motueka. 35min from Kaiteriteri and just 50min to Nelson, 1 hour to Lake Rotoiti part of the Nelson Lakes.
Ample mountainbike trails both on and offroad with minimal traffic.(2 mountain bikes and helmets provided)
