Walking tracks to beach and lagoon?.north facing for sun, sun, sun all day long.

Kitchen: Brand new and fully equipped with full stove, extra large sink, rangehood, microwave, toaster, coffee plunger (French press) etc.

BBQ ? new one on deck

Bathroom: Brand new with huge bath, premium Futura Slide shower with Methven shower heads and mixers for gaspingly good pressure, endless hot water (gas), and 8kg washing machine. Heated bathroom.

Heating ? brand new Panasonic heat pump.

Parking ? large carport/driveway. Room for boat on grass outside.

Full payment a minimum of 10 days out required, prior to key pickup unless special arrangements are made with the owners.

Rates - all our rates are quoted excluding the one off cleaning fee of $40. Obviously the shorter your stay, the higher your per night cost, as we charge this $40 only once whether it's a 2 night stay or a seven day one. Example: 2 night midweek stay for 1-3 guests will be $75 x2 ($150) plus the $40 oneoff fee....i.e. $190 in total....(that's $95 per night. But if you stay a week at our special weekly rate of $495 with the $40 fee your weekly cost would be: $535 (that's just $76). If you wish to add a fourth or fifth guest to your booking there is a oneoff $10 per guest charge for additional LPG for waterheating and sheets and towels.

Cancellation Policy: 48 hours cancellation required or 100% of the booking will be forfeit. From time of booking and payment, a minimum charge of $20 will be invoked to cover admin, data entry and bank fees.
