It's a very private retreat ? set on ? of an acre and down to the water on two sides.

We designed this house for friends to get together. The kitchen is ideal for cooking while entertaining and has a large family-sized oven. It is fully equipped to cater for 8 to 10 people.

In the evenings we cook, read, listen to music, write, or play board games (many games supplied).

By day, the house is a great place for kids to have adventures among the trees or play cricket on the lawn.

It is a 20 minute walk into town for restaurants, shops, skate park and the beach.

Master bedroom has a super-king bed and a luxury en-suite with romantic double-bath and a Balinese outlook onto bush.

There's also an outside shower for alfresco fun.

Bedrooms three and four have twin beds that can be converted to doubles.

A separate rumpus room means kids can play away from adults, or it can be used as a 5th basic bedroom (sofa bed only).

- 5 min drive or 20 minute walk to town.
- Launch kayaks from the house. Two kayaks included: (1 two-man and 1 kids).
- Plenty of nearby beach and bush walks.
- Golf course and surf beaches are a short drive.

Parking for three vehicles or a boat behind a lockable gate.

Pets by negotiation only.

The driveway is part of the adventure ? it goes under water at the top of high tide but is accessible other times. A footbridge provides 24/7 access.

It is a retreat so there is no TV in the house. if you want SKY Sports, then its a short walk to the pub in town.
