Beautiful House and Cottage

Situated in the heart of Portobello Dunedin, over looking the sea, playgrounds and the famous 'Happy Hens". Rugosa cottage is a fully furnished house and also a cottage situated at end of garden with all you would need for that relaxing holday.

Either sit by the fire at night or enjoy the covered outdoor spa while sipping that wine under the fairy lights and rose vines.

No need to drive, as the local pub, restaurant and local shop two minutes walk! But if you must, a short 10 minute drive will take you to the albatross and seal colonys at Tiroa heads, where you will be amazed at the views back over the Otago harbour. If its walks, horse riding, beach swimming it is all within a short distance.

Rugosa Cottage is a 25 minute drive from Dunedin either by the lower rd or upper rd, either way, you can stop at the little bays or visit Larnach castle.

House and the cottage are seperate, the house sleeps 6 people and the Cottage 2 x people, OR book entire property. Price on enquiry.
