Set in beautiful historic reserve

This property is set within the historic Truby King reserve, site of the old Seacliff asylum. It is an extraordinary woodland and it is called "the enchanted forest" for a good reason.

If you walk five minutes up the hill you get spectacular views of Otago peninsula and Karitane. It is five minutes drive to both Karitane and Warrington beaches, which are safe for swimming and surfing. At Karitane the cheese factory is nearby. It is a 25 minute drive to Dunedin.

The house is very comfortable, normally used for our overseas guests. There are facilities for children such as a trampoline and swing.
