Family friendly architecturally designed house built by an award winning builder

Modern home built in 2006 of larch from the area on a section owned by the family for over 50 years. The section was originally a stable and blacksmiths in the 1800's gold mining era, the fireplace and walls of a mud house which housed a gold mining family still remain to this day.
Our house is open plan with bifolding doors onto a large deck at the front towards the tennis court (only meters away) with another deck at the back (more private) where the sun rises, to cater for alfresco breakfasts. The barbeque is on this deck too. All amenities are clean and modern and there is heaps of firewood for toasty evening fires.
