This special home is located 100 km north of Auckland. It is situated high above Pakiri beach (a long white sand beach). It is 1 1/4 hour drive from Auckland but it would also be possible to land a helicopter in the grounds. The views are magnificent and take in wide sea views as well as farmland. The house is furnished to an exceptional standard.

It would suit people looking for "that extra something" in a venue. We have hosted two beautiful weddings - with the front lawn accommodating 170 in a marquee with ease.

Housekeeping can be arranged on request. This house sleeps 8 in ensuite type bedrooms so is ideal for the brides / grooms family before the wedding.

The kitchen is well equipped with 2 dishwashers, 2 ovens and all other conveniences you would expect in a home of this quality. There are 3 TVs in the house with SKY dish.
Huge decking, each bedroom has two comfy Cape Cod chairs on their own bit of deck.

The grounds are large and the situation very peaceful and private. A security gate at the bottom of the driveway ensures safety.
