Papamoa Family Fun, 2mins Walk to Beach

This is a sunny and warm home located one street back from the beach (approx 200 metres). The house has great decking, all day sun and sea peeps. There is a concrete driveway for good off street parking and its fenced to make it safe for little explorers. Upstairs is 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen and roomy lounge. Downstairs is a small 2 bedroom flat (currently tenanted) so we do appreciate considerate holiday stayers upstairs.

This is a great Papamoa location, a short drive to Papamoa Mall, Fashion Island shops and close to good cafes & restaurants. Just a stroll to the beach means its easy to carry the surf boards and a picnic lunch over the road and dunes to the waters edge. The kids will love exploring the dunes. Once at the beach it's a short walk to Taylor Reserve which is a great picnic place and summer sports field. Papamoa Surf Club is only 2kms away if you want to be swimming between the flags in the summer months. The house is perfect for small families wanting lots of beach time.

Approx 12 minutes drive to Bayfair Mall and about 17 minutes to Mount Maunganui's main beach, but really all you need is right here in Papamoa!
