Enjoy the privacy of a fully detached house with a large yard no right of way or neighbors close by to worry about.
Simply cross the road for Beach access to a nice stretch of coast without huge crowds.
Pizza restaurant and takeaway store - mini mart just across the road.
Plenty of room in fenced back yard for the kids to play cricket, pitch the tent or enjoy a barbecue with friends, outside dog is fine provided it doesn't disturb neighbors section is fenced but not secure for a dog that wants out! Parking is available the boat and cars off the street.

House is furnished with all cooking and cleaning facilities.

NB: House has been booked and paid for over new years eve, we won't be taking bookings for new years eve but check calendar for availability either side of this.

Bayfair mall is a short stroll down the road as is Baywave aquatic center.
Includes mod cons, washer, kitchen utilities etc, bath and shower.
