The kitchen is on the upper level along with the living rooms, one bedroom and one bathroom. Downstairs are the other bedrooms and second bathroom.

There is a good outdoor play area and table tennis in rumpus rooms.

Shops, cafes, 18 hole all weather golf course and the boat ramp are all close by.
