Children
Our property is only suitable for children over the age of 5 years. We have a fairly steep section which drops away from our patio area and our driveway is shared by another property.

? Walking distance to Panmure train station, which takes you directly to the CBD and multiple Auckland wide connections, including the main station for Eden Park

Pets:
? Will be considered - please consult with the owner. Back garden is fully fenced for a small dog and we have a kennel available

Cleaning:
We can arrange cleaning at a fee of $50 otherwise would like the property left as you found it
