Other activities nearby include surf fishing, walks, golf, diving and fishing boat charters. Marsden Point Marina is 10 minutes away for boat launching or watching the activity over a cup of coffee or a meal. Just 1.5 hours from Auckland and 10 minutes to Waipu. A supermarket and shops are a few minutes drive away or stroll to the local dairy for an ice-cream and weekend newspaper or stop in for a coffee at the cafe across the road.
