Cottage Paradise is a delightful north facing property with truly amazing panoramic views across Oneroa Bay and out to the Gulf. This great little hideaway is located at the end of a no-exit street and there is a walking track adjacent to the property down to the popular Little Oneroa Beach.

The open plan kitchen/dining/living area is open plan is light and bright and with contemporary d?cor. There is a conservatory adjacent to the kitchen - which comes complete with all modcons including a gas hobb. The lounge faces north and has a wrap around "sun trap" deck. Enjoy the view from here across the bay and down to Little Oneroa and Oneroa beaches. There is a barbeque and outdoor entertaining area in the beautifully manicured gardens which are great for the kids to run around in.

There is a TV/Rumpus room downstairs complete with a 50" LCD TV, an IPod Dock, loads of books and CD's and a lovely spa pool on the deck just outside. Relax in the spa with some great music in the background or the waves rolling in on the beach below. The sofa bed is handy and available if required.

The master bedroom has a Queen bed with ensuite bathroom and a floor to ceiling mirrored double wardrobe. At the end of the hallway there is a second bedroom also with a queen bed and duplicate floor to ceiling mirrored wardrobe. There is a second bathroom across the hall. The covered carport comes with access to the house.
