A rustic spot sited on 12 acres of land; Macadamia Nut groves, fruit trees, flowers and vegetable gardens, along with plenty of land to stroll on, enjoy our swings or have a secret picnic with a view. Enjoy a glass of wine on your private deck under a canopy of stars. Glorious sunsets, bird song, pure air, tranquility and night skies that are something special to behold. Conveniently located, close to everything that Waiheke Island has to offer - 5 minutes stroll to vineyards, beaches and bush tracks. Restaurants, shops and the famous weekend markets are all only minutes away. The views from the 'Barn Suite' are nothing short of breath taking. We offer the perfect antidote for civilization - peace and quiet, two comfortable Queen sized beds that can easily accommodate two adults, all dressed in luxurious Egyptian cotton sheets. Spacious inside - very high ceilings, shabby chic farm house decor - rustic meets modern, you have a full lounge setting for relaxing on, as well as, a small dining setting, kitchenette, tea and coffee making facilities, a good selection of books and classic board games at your disposal and to make it complete, a ukulele. Bathroom facilities are shared - separate toilet room and separate granite shower & basin room. We have a cute outdoor bath house as well. Guests also have access to a full laundry. Getting here is really easy - we are a 3 minute drive from the car ferry at Kennedy Point or take the passenger ferry to Matiatia - we are 10 minutes away by taxi. Auckland is only 45 minutes away by ferry for people using Waiheke Island as their base to explore the city. Plenty of private off-street parking is available and guest bicycles are also on hand for your convenience. We look forward to welcoming you!
