In the kitchen there is a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, electric fry pan. In the lounge there is a fire place and an electric heater. The main bedroom has a double bed with an ensuite. Bedroom 2 has another double bed and a third bedroom two single beds. In the bathroom there is a shower over a bath. The toilet is separate. Outdoor furniture consists of a table and six chairs. There is a BBQ for those lovely summer nights. No pets, tents or smoking.
