Situated on the main road walking distance to the golf course and only four minutes walk to the beach. The kitchen area provides a good bench area with a small oven, jug, toaster, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, washing tub and kitchen utensils. The bathroom provides a vanity, shower and toilet. The living area has a dining table with 4 chairs, 2 couches, TV and 2 x double/single bunk beds. Outdoor table and chairs available for your use. The caravan is also available for rental and the extra utility. *$20 per person per night up to 9 people total on property. No pets or smoking.
