Only a few minutes walk to the beach, and very handy to the boat ramp, golf course and tennis courts. The kitchen/dining area/ lounge are open plan, with doors leading out onto the deck. Facilities include a fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave, electric frying pan, radio and television. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom two single beds. The house provides one bathroom/laundry with washing machine. No pets, tents or smoking. BBQ available for your use.
