Access to the beach is across the road, and there are tennis courts behind the house. Upstairs extensive decking leads out from the open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area. Facilities include a fridge, electric oven, microwave and small television. The master bedroom contains 1 double bed and an ensuite links this to a second bedroom, containing 2 single beds. A bathroom provides shub/shower & toilet. Downstairs a second lounge area holds a 3 piece lounge suite, as well as 2 single beds and a child’s cot. A second bedroom contains a double bed, and a third bedroom 1 single bed, and 1 set of single bunks. The bathroom contains a vanity unit and shower - the toilet is separate. Gas barbecue for you to use. No smoking. No pets. No tents.
