The toilet is separate and there is a third bathroom. The laundry - washing machine, dryer and tub are in the garage. The second garage has a sleepout with bathroom and bedroom with 2 king single beds. There is an outside shower to wash off the sand. Gas fire for the winter nights. No pets, tents or smoking. BBQ available. Cleaning fee $150.
