Fantastic views and lots of extra space for the children to play on the reserve frontage of this holiday home. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a garage to store your golf clubs etc. Downstairs bedroom one and two have a king single in each and bathroom one has a shower and toilet. The kitchen has an electric oven, dishwasher, ceramic hobs and a fridge/freezer. The lounge has a TV with DVD player, 3 seater couch and dining table with 4 chairs and doors opening onto the deck. Another lounge on the otherside of the kitchen has a 2 seater couch and 2 single chairs. Upstairs has a lounge with a 2 seater couch and doors opening onto the deck with views to the Mercury Islands. The master bedroom has a king bed and the large ensuite has a shower and toilet. There is a single rollerway bed and BBQ available for your use. The garage has a washing machine, dryer and tub. No smoking, pets or tents. Cleaning fee $100
