Downstairs has the kitchen with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, electric oven and gas hobs. The lounge has a wood fireplace and a TV (You can bring your own Sky decoder, it may need retuning on arrival) and the ranch sliders open onto the large deck area from here and the dining room. Bedroom one has a queen bed. The bathroom downstairs has a shower and separate toilet. The laundry has a washing machine and tub also downstairs. Upstairs Bedroom two has a king bed, bedroom three has 2 single beds and bedroom 4 has a queen bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and hand basin. BBQ available for your use and outdoor shower to wash away the days sand before going inside. No pets, tents or smoking.
