The Barn Ohakune

Looking for a big bach for your winter escape to Ohakune?

The Barn is centrally located in Ohakune midway between the Junction and town. Easy walk to the super market, movie theatre, bars, cafes and restaurants. The Barn represents value for money accommodation for groups up to 20 people and is a great alternative to backpackers, as you get your own living space and cooking facilities, we even have a drying room and a large mezzanine floor.

The Barn has a fantastic fireplace, people have been known to complain about it being little too warm at times! Is a fun relaxed environment and is the perfect choice for your ski and snowboard group trips to Turoa and Whakapapa. Summer is great for hiking and mountain biking.

There are lightweight duvets on the beds so you need to bring either your own sheets or a sleeping bag.

Please note you must be over the age of 20 to book The Barn or have positive feedback in bookabach.

Also we use bookabach exclusively for our bookings so please check the dates below, if it is yellow someone has requested the date but not yet paid, so you can make a booking as well and if you pay first the booking is yours. If a booking is red, that means that group has paid and their booking has been confirmed and you will have to find another date to book.
