About the property
Great place to holiday, only a short walk to beautiful Cooks Beach, a short drive and ferry crossing and you are in Whitianga. There are heaps of tourist activities in Whitianga. Another short drive gets you to Cathedral Cove, Hahei and Hot Water Beach. When you get to Cathedral Cove try out the snorkel trail at Gemstone Bay. There is excellent fishing - just be aware of where the marine reserve is located. There are some lovely bush walks and we have left a book describing each walk.
Cooks Beach is a 2-3 hour drive from Auckland, Hamilton or Tauranga.
Plenty of off street parking and there is room to park and turn a boat.
Everything you need to have a peaceful holiday is in the bach. We are happy to have pets to stay - just don't let them get up on the couches or in the bedrooms. We really kick back and relax when we stay and find it difficult to leave. We hope that you will also.
