It's difficult to find something so affordable this close to the beach, especially Northern side of the island. Palm Beach never loses its charm and the owner has been in this little quiet unspoilt spot lapping it up for many years. It has one bedroom, and a separate lounge and kitchen. When he bought it there was a room and a bathroom downstairs and it is still there so you may want to use this again if you have guests.
At the moment the inside has lots of personal treasures but once these have been packed up and gone you will see that it is actually quite a good space for either a couple or someone on their own. It has a lovely vista over the valley and presently has a little sea view. In front of the house is a plantation of a variety of fruit trees and oodles of room for veges or even chooks. You could easily be self sufficient here as things grow so well. This is such a quiet street, sitting here listening to the birds after a swim, directly North facing.
