Significant Landholding Opportunity

Green & McCahill Holdings Limited (Administrators Appointed) (the Company). John Fisk and Lara Bennett were appointed as voluntary administrators of the Company on 8 June 2026. The sale process is being conducted by the administrators.

The properties comprise two distinct components of the Weiti development, identified as Village Two (Precinct B) and the Balance Land (Precinct C), which together offer a unique combination of future high-intensity development potential and large-scale environmental preservation.

Village Two consists of approximately 23.6893 hectares of land strategically positioned for significant residential and commercial growth. According to publicly available information, under the master plan this precinct is designated to accommodate a substantial portion of a 400-lot residential scheme and provides for up to 100,000 square metres of gross floor area for commercial development. The Village 2 Land is zoned mainly Residential - Rural and Coastal Settlement.

The Balance Land, known as Precinct C, is an expansive 716.3948 hectare holding zoned mainly Rural - Rural Conservation, with the exception of Lots 1 and 2 on DP 405498 (totalling 14.1695 hectares more or less), which are zoned Rural - Countryside Living. The majority of the Lots currently comprise rotational pine forests.

The voluntary administrators act as agents of the Company without personal liability.
