Realestate.co.nz Ltd is 100% NZ owned and operated and provides the most comprehensive selection of property listings from licensed real estate agents in New Zealand. At any one time over 100,000 listings are featured on their websites, which represent over 95% of all listings currently marketed by licensed real estate professionals (operating under the Real Estate Agents Act 2008). The website does not feature private sellers' properties.
Realestate.co.nz Ltd was established in 2005 and has consistently grown its traffic and market share to hold a very clear position as the most comprehensive website for real estate used by over 1,000 real estate offices to showcase their listings with a total viewing audience of over 650,000 unique visitors each month from within NZ and overseas (Source: Effective Measure).

CEO - Brendon Skipper
As CEO, Brendon leads the Realestate.co.nz troops. He has extensive leadership experience in the property industry, including almost eight years as Head of TradeMe Property, as well as Channel Manager for property at Stuff.co.nz.
National Marketing Manager - Paul Mckenzie
Paul is responsible for all marketing and communications at Realestate.co.nz, including brand, public relations, social media marketing and mobile marketing, email, and advertising. He is passionate about all things marketing, and brings an extensive knowledge of both online and mobile advertising. He is frequently cited as a housing and marketing expert, often quoted in Newspapers, and appearing on TVNZ Breakfast, and Seven Sharp.
Paul's passion for property stems from his love of home renovation and design, and most weekends you will find him renovating his home with his wife and family.
Key Account Manager - Jason Blankenaar
Jason is the Key Account Manager responsible for Barfoot and Thompson, LJ Hooker, and the upper North Island - Auckland (City, Northshore, Rodney, Hauraki Gulf, Waiheke, and Waitakere) and Northland (Kaipara, Whangrei, and Far North).
Jason is busy building and maintaining relationships with our growing customer base in the upper North Island. He ensures that business owners and agents are kept up to date on all relevant aspects of our business and that any issues they are experiencing are managed effectively. Jason strongly believes in the deliverance of total value solutions to his customers – an essential necessity in todays market.
Key Account Manager - Tonia Dixon
Tonia is the Key Account Manager responsible for Ray White, First National, PGG, and the South Island region, managing accounts across Nelson, Marlbourough, West Coast, Canterbury, Otago, Southland and Central Otago.
Key Account Manager - Karen Turner
Karen is the Key Account Manager responsible for Bayleys, Professionals, Mike Pero, Property Brokers, Remax, Tommys, and the Lower North Island, including Gisborne, Hawkes Bay, Taranaki, Manawatu, Wairarapa, and Wellington.
Key Account Manager - Jo Baylis
Jo is the Key Account Manager responsible for Harcourts, and client relationships in South Auckland, Coromandel, Waikato, Bay of Plenty, and Central North Island.
Customer Services - Crystal Fell
Crystal's prior experience before joing the team at realestate.co.nz in 2008 includes working with NZ Customs as well as administration roles at a number of real estate office in the Auckland area, which certainly aided her understanding of the everyday issues involved in real estate industry.
Crystal has a passion for contemporary design with a minimalist look, she is certainly a city creature and prefers the city life to a rural retreat - well at this stage of her life anyway!
Customer Services - Emma Davies
Emma joined us in 2012 and has brought great skills and a lovely bright personality to the role; she loves the dynamic interaction with customers and enquirers.
Reflecting on her dream house, she would want a luxury penthouse apartment in the central city. I believe the vital ingredient in creating an inspiring home is the architecture, the interior, the furniture and the landscape. With state of the art technologies and contemporary furniture designs as well as an eclectic mix of art and antiques from all over the world. I would like each space to speak volumes about its relationship between indoor and outdoor.
Lead Developer - Oliver Kastler
Oliver's roles is to lead the development team to ensure that our sites and infastructure are maintained, and grow new products to meet the ever changing face of real estate in New Zealand. Oliver came to New Zealand in 2006 from Germany and has a strong development background from Fatso, ActionStep, and Netconcepts.
The house that he dreams to own, is a large country estate set on a lifestyle block, complete with a few sheep and chickens, as he feels that this would be a great environment to raise his family.
