  Kevin Nauta has been part of the Locations Queenstown sales team for over 18 months. Born in Argentina, Kevin immigrated to New Zealand in 1993 and has lived most of his life in Auckland.
  
  Kevin has been involved in the real estate industry for several years, working primarily in the family business which included property development and construction. He brings with him a strong knowledge in these areas, and understands the possibilities and capabilities of land and buildings. “I aspire to find different solutions for the particular needs of people and property. By knowing the possibilities, I can suggest superior alternatives that may not be so obvious. These can relate to the land, the house, the location and many other things.”
  
  From the end of a shovel slaving in mud, to multi-project management, to land acquisition and consent applications, selling real estate is the next step to grasp and conquer for Kevin. “It’s another side of the industry that I am finding myself more attracted to. The variety of people you get to meet is great and there’s huge satisfaction in finding a property and purchasing method that suits them.”
  
  As he describes, it has been a big transition from the buzzing streets of the big smoke to the lively town of Queenstown. “It definitely has its benefits. I think of Queenstown as a playground. Everything is at your back doorstep. The biking, skiing, watersports… its all here.”
