Hi, my name is Roslyn Coombes, I am a third generation Hamiltonian, being the youngest of 10 children. I am very proud and passionate about this city.
I entered the real estate profession five years ago and have gone from strength to strength with my business. The key to my success is SERVICE. When you work with me I can guarantee enthusiasm, commitment, excellent work ethics, honesty and professionalism.
In my first year with the industry I achieved Rookie status – being the most promising new salesperson for New Zealand. Four years ago I achieved my Auctioneers licence and I am proud to utilise this skill in tandem with selling homes and assisting purchasers with the Auction process.
I am Hamilton’s first, and only, woman Auctioneer and have been actively involved in assisting charities and fundraisers on a regular basis. I have been involved in the True Colours Charitable Trust, Tsunami Relief Fund, Waikato Rivertones Chorus, Miropiko Kindy just to name a few. I believe in giving something back to the community so if you do have a known cause that needs help I would be more than happy to offer my assistance.
