Larry has had an extensive and rewardingly diverse background, revolving around
general management of Sales & Marketing related companies.
He has acquired considerable people skills through a wide range of managerial and front
line positions.
Larry has also has been involved in restructuring companies, ran a listed investment
company and led a credit recovery team at a NZ bank. He then entered the business
mentoring of SME before joining Bayleys in Mortgage Brokering and Financial Services.
Providing financial services to offshore and local investors led Larry into Real Estate,
joining Bayleys City Living Team selling inner city and investment properties. His
financial, restructuring and banking background provide an ideal added value to property
sales.
Having carved a successful business selling Inner City properties, Larry has moved into
the residential market in the Eastern Bays. Having lived in the Bays for over thirty years,
with a short time away, he and his wife Pam have recently moved back there and are
selling properties in the area they love and know so well.
Being people focused he builds strong empathy with his clients to provide the highest
level of professional services. Honesty, integrity and open communication are
underpinning principles to his business and private life.
