We contacted John Gray when we were first thinking of selling our house. John made an initial inspection of the property and made several suggestions about things that we could do to make it more presentable for sale. He provided us with a list of tradesmen who could assist us - most of whom we used - and who were excellent craftsmen and true value for money.

When our house was ready for sale John provided us with a very professional and detailed marketing plan. Throughout the time prior to placing the house on the market John arranged everything with minimum effort required on our part.

But, the most brilliant part of the whole sale process was that before the first sign went up, before the first advertisement and the first viewing, John found the perfect buyers and showed them the property. These buyers made an immediate offer that was well in excess of our expectations.
