Adam Rogers is the owner of local Ray White office after starting as a sales agent at the age of 24 now 40.
 
Selling for a number of years before starting his own business.
 
Adam is the principal and owner of Next Step Realty franchise of Ray White, otherwise known as the Innes Road office.
 
"I have two great kids and I am lucky to have one of each, they're both under 5. The most recent addition to the house is a kitten known as Holly aptly named after being found on Christmas day", Mr. Rogers said.
 
He's been actively involved in the local property market both professionally selling and as investor for over 15 years.
 
Before joining the real estate industry he travelled and lived in Auckland, Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, London and Vienna.
 
Being born in Port Lincoln in South Australia, home of the tuna fisheries, he considers Christchurch to be home.
 
He is an avid boatie / fisherman and enjoys watersports, mountain biking, kayaking and all sports.
