The fourth generation Sutton to enter the Christchurch Real Estate Market -  her great grandfather F.E. Sutton started the tradition, based out of Lyttelton in the early 1900s, followed by his son F.I Sutton, and then her  father Dave Sutton, a past owner of Simes for 40 years. 

This strong history has seen Pip emersed in real estate from a very young age. She watched and learned as her family ran auctions, managed rental properties and negotiated residential and commercial sales.
Due to this, Real Estate has come as second nature to Pip. She places a strong importance on relationships and strives to do the very best by her clients over everything else. A born and bred Cantabrian she knows this market like the back of her hand. This depth of knowledge has been built on strongly by her father.
