Born and bred in the Hawke’s Bay my first taste of business life began early in my married life where we owned a lifestyle property on the outskirts of Hastings. This was where we sold mainly selected fruit and vegetables. This progressed onto owning and operating two successful children’s clothing outlets in the Hawke’s Bay over the next 15 years. It was time to meet other challenges and seek new opportunities and this is where I first started to become interested in the Real Estate business after an acquaintance encouraged me to sit the Real Estate Certificate. After 12 years on the road as an agent I embarked on developing my knowledge by obtaining the Branch Manager’s Certificate and holding the position of Branch Manager at a local Real Estate company.
