Brian McMillan is  a 19 year veteran of the real estate industry, having chosen long ago to make it his career, and to reflect his skills  with education and qualifications in order to demonstrate a professional competency.  Originally from, and trade qualified by, the construction industry  Brian attained his Associate status with the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, later adding to this with the Certified International Property Specialist award from The US National Association Of Realtors.
More recently Brian was awarded the distinctive award of Guild member of the International Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, currently being the only New Zealand Realtor to have attained this designation.
He is also a Justice of the Peace, appointed by the New Zealand Minister of Justice.
Brian specializes in the entire range of property, from first home buyers through to luxury estates.
He fully understands the requirements and expectations of both of these parameters, and as a result has many satisfied past customers encouraging his future success.
Extremely competent when it comes to understanding methods of purchase of investment properties in both residential and commercial applications, Brian has a network to assist him in terms of finance and legal support.
