Real estate had long held a fascination for Marylin and on her layovers in overseas destinations she studied for her first papers of her AREINZ Qualification. In August 1987 she embarked on a career in Real Estate. For more than 20 years she has continued to enjoy considerable success in selling properties in the Whitford and Howick area, including Development land, Lifestyle Blocks and top end Residential Homes. As a keen horsewomen (having ridden most of her life), and enjoyed living on a lifestyle block, it was only natural that she pursue selling where her interests lay. Marylin recognized early in her career that planning was a key ingredient in selling real estate.
