We work differently to most other agents. We use adaptive marketing. What the hell is that you ask? Well we list a property take professional quality photos, write a title and a description. The photos we have taken may have been on a cloudy day, so we go back and take some more on a good day. We write a title that wants you to want to learn more about the property.

If we find from the web hits that the number of visitors are going down we change the title and if neccessary the main photo as well. We may also change the description to tie in with the title.

We may have originally taken a picture in the winter when the flowers were dormant. We will go back when the garden has started flowering and re-photograph all of the outside again. We did this with a property we were selling and it was under offer two days later. 

It amazes me that most agents take pictures which due to the weather make a property look dark and gloomy, but never go back and take them on a good day.
