Grant Robertson (AREINZ) is a rural and lifestyle specialist in TE HORO, OTAKI and MANAKAU area. Grant has been a consistently high performing figure in Kapiti-Horowhenua Real Estate since 1986.
In 1992 Grant purchased Challenge Realty Ltd in Levin & Otaki, which became LJ Hooker in 1997. Grant continued to grow and expand the business to 4 offices, with 35 staff and a Property Management portfolio of 370 properties, until 2005, when he sold the business to take time out, and travelled overseas, through America, Europe and Asia for a year with his family.
Grant returned to Real Estate in 2008 by purchasing the First National office in Otaki. Since returning Grant has quickly established himself again in the market place selling 20+ properties in 2009 & 2010 and being named First National's 'Rural Salesperson of the Year' in both of these years.
Grant again continues to provide the very best Real Estate service in Te Horo, Otaki and Manakau selling almost half of the lifestyle properties sold in his area in 2011. (28 properties sold)
Grant has again been acknowledged at the recent First National awards, placed 6th overall, and again taking top Rural Office, runner-up Small Office. ( 36 Properties sold in 2012)
