Before engaging in any transaction of such magnitude as property it is first prudent to know who you are dealing with.

I am a born and bred local lad from a long established family in the Motueka area. We have owned property in the Motueka Valley and surrounds for over 140 years so you can be rest assured when it comes to local knowledge of the area, if I don’t know about it or haven’t heard about it, then it probably hasn’ t happened.

I have until recently had the privilege of serving as the Club Captain of the Motueka Golf Club and would like to again be a very active playing member of the Club although it must be said I don’t win to often (some might say a very sporting nature).

My partner of some years and two young sons are a strong focus of my life and provide me with a firm grounding on the important things in life.

Although I am a recent addition to the realm of Real Estate, I bring with me (from diverse range of prior employment), a unique insight into the world of Real Estate and a passionate understanding of just how lucky we are to live in this gem of a place that I call home. In this short period I have elevated to the No.1 First National Agent for sales for the past two consecutive years in Nelson/Tasman, placing no.12 in NZ for 2010 with 2011's results to be released......

Because of this innate knowledge and appreciation of this great area I am focused on assisting you in all facets of the property experience.
