I LOVE SELLING THE NORTH SHORE!

Buying or selling a home can be daunting and stressful, but by keeping you fully informed and in control of the sales process, my intention is to make it a lot more satisfying and rewarding.  I pride myself on an honest, no-nonsense approach and high integrity, and believe in building long-term client relationships rather than simply ‘making a sale’.

Some time living overseas has helped me appreciate the unique lifestyle New Zealand has to offer, and nowhere in Auckland is a better illustration of that than the North Shore. I have lived on the Shore for over 30 years - in Beach Haven, Castor Bay, Glenfield, Hauraki & now Northcote. I love the area for its beaches, views and great cafés, but most importantly for the active, outdoors lifestyle it can offer. I’ve been closely involved with our local triathlon club for many years and in doing so discovered many special areas of the North Shore – ‘local secrets’ that I’m happy to share with you.

My background includes experience in finance and hospitality management, and most recently account management and marketing roles in the retail food sector, dealing with clients around New Zealand and throughout the Pacific.  My prior experience has taught me that the keys to selling are to understand the needs of the customer, and to always deliver on commitments.
