Before joining Barfoot and Thompson Mary had a career in nursing and later worked with various management teams in the corporate environment for Datacom.  This career path allowed her to develop excellent organisational and interpersonal skills, empathy with clients and colleagues and the ability to get alongside people - all important attributes in real estate.
