Fraser is a 35 year resident in the Wakatipu Basin, with a strong background in tourism, marketing and hospitality. His initial move from Dunedin was to pursue an interest in skiing, which ultimately saw him as co-Director of the Coronet Peak Ski School, an examiner for the Ski Instructors' Alliance and a member of the NZ Demonstration Team at the World Interski in Zao, Japan. This strong interest in skiing still remains and is mixed with a myriad of other sporting interests, most notably tramping and climbing. Fraser’s most public role was as General Manager of Destination Queenstown, the marketing body he had help establish in the 1980s and he has always been involved in community organisations of one kind or another. He is currently involved with the Arrowtown Promotion & Business Association. Probably the most satisfying involvement however was as a Director of the 50K of Coronet, an international endurance ski race, which over its five years, raised $1million for the Cure Kids charity, established for the first year of the event.

His clients are spread across a wide demographic and he offers a mix
of property including bare land, broad range residential, lodges and
development property.

Fraser’s current major project is McArthur Ridge in Central Otago,
which is understood to be the single largest Pinot Noir vineyard in
the Southern Hemisphere, just one hour’s drive from New Zealand’s
premier destination, Queenstown.

An extensive network of contacts means that Fraser can fulfill even
the most demanding requests from both domestic and offshore clients.
