Gavin Perry leads the Bayleys Residential Team from the Tauranga Office and works in close liaison with his wife and Sales Assistant Lynn. They also employ a full time personal assistant, Nicolette Aldridge whose main role is in Vendor communication, administration, photography and sales.

Gavin has been the Realty Groups Salesperson of the Year nine times, has achieved the REINZ Award of Excellence nine times and was Bayleys Top Performer for the 2003/2004 Financial Year, across Residential/Country and Commercial throughout New Zealand.

Gavin excels in Residential Marketing and has marketed and sold the majority of Tauranga’s most expensive home sales. He uses high profile marketing to great effect across a range of mediums including Bay of Plenty Times, Property Press, Internet and Bayleys high profile marketing magazines, Select and Waterfront.

Over 60% of Gavin’s sales are by way of auction and he has achieved the Realty Groups Auction Cup eleven times since 1996 for auction successes and was named Top Auction salesperson for Bayleys Nationally for 2004.
