Sam was born in Samoa and lived mainly in Christchurch New Zealand since 1968. He and his New Zealand born wife Linda together with their three now grown up children have lived mainly in the Spreydon area where he is a member of the Spreydon St. James Presbyterian Church.

He has played and served in coaching and administration roles in rugby, rugby league and golf for a number of years. He is a much respected member of his extended family and his Samoan community.

Sam's career in real estate started in the year 1989 and his patient and great dedication have earned him numerous awards as top lister and seller through out his career, branch manager status in 1995, and manager director and licence holder in the year 2000. He is admired much for his great experienced, professionalism and success, as well as his personal qualities of sincerity and caring.
