Eamonn comes from a back ground as a self employed Painter and Decorator.

After 15 years of being self employed, Eamonn was ready for a new career, with his commitment to client satisfaction, he chose a move to Real Estate sales.

He has had 8 years Board of Trustees experience at his children’s school, five of which was as the property officer. This was a challenging but rewarding time for him.

He is married with three children, with his youngest now year 11 at Marian College. He loves swimming and kayaking on Lyttelton harbour with his family.

Eamonn is delighted to be part of the award winning team of Grenadier Real Estate Ltd and to have the support of the other 430 sales consultants of Harcourt's city- wide.

With the use of the Blue book, online marketing and his own web site Eamonn has been able to fulfill his commitment to client satisfaction. And in 2009/10 year he achieved a personal best with an 82% increase in settled sales.

After graduating from “The Academy” in 2005 having learnt all the latest marketing and negotiating skills, Eamonn found the move to Real Estate sales very rewarding. He is continuing his study and is heading toward a National diploma in Real state sales and management.

In 2009 Eamonn applied for and was accepted into the inaugural Harcourts Future Leaders   programme. This was12 month of training and mentoring an on completion he was recognized for individual achievement in standards of excellence and best real estate practice.

As a result of his commitment to client satisfaction Eamonn has established a large client data base in real estate sales and is enjoying repeat and referral business from past clients.

With 20 years in the painting industry and applying over 90,000 litres of paint and hanging about 5,000 rolls of wallpaper Eamonn was ready for a career move.
